Free Programs for Teens
Every Monday at 7pm is Tween & Teen Night, tweens rule!
Please check the calendar for the latest details.
And don't forget to sign up, so we have enough materials and refreshments to go around.
Talk to Us
Please let us know if there is something you are interested in learning or if there is something the library could provide.
Are you interested in a book club or some version of a book club? Drawing club? Music club?
We're always looking for ideas!
We are a Safe Sitter Site!
Next Class: TBA
Registration is required. Space is limited.
Safe Sitter is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to be safe when they're home alone, or babysitting. The instructor-led class is filled with fun games and role playing exercises. Students even get to use manikins to practice rescue skill like choking rescue!
New Calendar of Events for the Summer Season
The teen programs will be held Monday evenings at 7pm. Pre-registration is required for all programs. Snacks are provided.
Please Note: the library will be closed Monday September 3, in observance of Labor Day.
Teens/Tweens are encouraged to read throughout the summer. To make it more fun and rewarding, the library has a BINGO Challenge. Pick up a BINGO card at the library. Complete five of the squares in a row on the BINGO card and receive a prize. There will be a drawing at the end of the summer for all those who completed a BINGO card.
